A booking is considered confirmed when Voyanta Egypt has accepted the reservation and provided the customer with booking confirmation or other confirmation details.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation, including:

Number of travelers.
Hotel or pickup location.
Contact details.
Preferred travel date.
Any other information reasonably required to operate the service.
Voyanta Egypt cannot be held responsible for problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Voyanta Egypt primarily provides private tours, meaning that the transportation and tour arrangements are intended for the booked customer or customer group rather than being automatically combined with unrelated travelers.
The exact vehicle, itinerary, guide, pickup time, duration, and included services may vary depending on the selected tour and the customer's confirmed booking.
Any special requests should be communicated at the time of booking whenever possible.
Prices displayed on the website or communicated by Voyanta Egypt may not include taxes, governmental charges, entrance fees, service fees, or other additional costs, unless these are expressly stated as included in the specific tour or booking.
Customers should review the inclusions and exclusions of their selected tour before confirming the booking.
Where additional charges apply, Voyanta Egypt will communicate the applicable charges as part of the booking process whenever reasonably possible.
Personal expenses, optional activities, tips, and services not specifically listed as included are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
To qualify for free cancellation, the cancellation request must be communicated to Voyanta Egypt through an accepted communication channel before the applicable 24-hour deadline.
Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure may be subject to cancellation charges or may not qualify for a refund, depending on the service and circumstances.
The cancellation policy of a specific third-party activity may apply where that activity has separate operating conditions.
Where a customer is entitled to a refund, Voyanta Egypt will process the applicable refund in accordance with the cancellation terms and the circumstances of the booking.
Refunds may be processed through the original payment method where technically and commercially applicable.
The time required for a refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution involved.
Where a booking was paid in cash, the refund method will be agreed with the customer.

Where transportation is included, customers must provide accurate pickup information and be ready at the agreed location and time.
Voyanta Egypt may provide pickup from hotels, resorts, or other agreed locations depending on the selected tour.
Customers are responsible for notifying Voyanta Egypt as soon as possible if their accommodation, pickup location, or contact information changes.
Failure to provide accurate pickup information or failure to be present at the agreed pickup location may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation of the service without refund, depending on the circumstances.
Customers are expected to be ready at the agreed pickup time.
If a customer is not available at the agreed pickup location, the driver or representative may attempt to contact the customer using the contact information provided during booking.
Reasonable waiting time may be provided depending on the circumstances and operational requirements.
If the customer fails to appear or cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, the booking may be treated as a No-Show.
A No-Show may not qualify for a refund.
Additional waiting or transportation charges may apply where delays are caused by the customer.
The itinerary provided for a tour represents the planned program and may be subject to reasonable operational changes.
Voyanta Egypt may modify the order, timing, route, or sequence of activities when reasonably necessary due to:
Traffic.
Road conditions.
Weather.
Safety considerations.
Government restrictions.
Site operating hours.
Unexpected operational circumstances.
Requirements imposed by activity or transportation providers.
Where a significant change materially affects the booked experience, Voyanta Egypt will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative where possible.
Certain tourism activities are dependent on weather and environmental conditions.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Hot Air Balloon flights.
Boat and marine trips.
Desert safaris.
Water activities.
Other outdoor or adventure experiences.
For safety reasons, Voyanta Egypt or the relevant activity operator may postpone, modify, or cancel an activity when weather or environmental conditions are considered unsuitable.
Hot Air Balloon flights are particularly dependent on weather and wind conditions.
If a flight cannot safely operate because of unfavorable weather conditions or a decision by the authorized operator or relevant authorities, Voyanta Egypt may offer rescheduling or another appropriate solution, depending on availability and the specific booking conditions.
The final decision to operate a Hot Air Balloon flight rests with the authorized operator and/or the competent safety authorities.
Safety takes priority over the scheduled itinerary.
Some tours and activities may involve independent or third-party service providers, including transportation operators, boats, Hot Air Balloon operators, guides, activity providers, and other tourism service providers.
Such providers may have their own operational, safety, age, cancellation, or participation requirements.
Voyanta Egypt will make reasonable efforts to work with reliable service providers; however, certain aspects of a third-party service may remain subject to the provider's operational policies and applicable regulations.
Where a third-party provider imposes specific conditions that affect the customer's booking, those conditions may apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
Customers must comply with reasonable safety instructions provided by Voyanta Egypt, its guides, drivers, activity operators, or other authorized personnel.
Certain activities may have restrictions based on:
Age.
Physical ability.
Weight or height.
Medical or safety requirements.
Weather conditions.
Operator policies.
Customers are responsible for informing Voyanta Egypt of relevant requirements or restrictions that may affect their participation before the activity whenever possible.
Voyanta Egypt reserves the right to refuse participation in an activity where participation would reasonably present a serious safety concern or would violate the rules of the activity provider.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during tours and activities.
Voyanta Egypt is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless such loss or damage results from circumstances for which Voyanta Egypt is legally responsible.
Customers are advised to keep valuable items secure and avoid leaving important belongings unattended in vehicles or activity locations.
Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers, guides, staff, other participants, local communities, tourism sites, and service providers.
Voyanta Egypt may terminate or refuse a service without refund where a customer's conduct:
Creates a serious safety risk.
Threatens or harasses staff or other persons.
Causes significant damage to property.
Violates applicable laws.
Seriously disrupts the operation of the tour.
Any additional costs resulting from deliberate damage or inappropriate conduct may be charged to the responsible customer where legally permissible.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess all documents required for their travel and participation in the booked service, including passports, visas, permits, tickets, identification documents, and any other required documentation.
Voyanta Egypt is not responsible for a customer's inability to participate in a tour due to missing, invalid, expired, or incorrect travel documents.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the tour description or booking confirmation, customers may be responsible for costs such as:
Entrance tickets.
Optional activities.
Personal expenses.
Tips.
Additional food or beverages.
Additional transportation.
Additional services requested after confirmation.
Governmental or applicable service charges.
The exact inclusions and exclusions should always be checked before booking.
Voyanta Egypt will take reasonable measures to provide the services described in the customer's confirmed booking.
However, travel and tourism services may be affected by circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control, including weather, traffic, road conditions, governmental decisions, strikes, natural events, operational restrictions, safety decisions, or changes imposed by third-party providers.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Voyanta Egypt shall not be responsible for failure or delay in providing services where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, without limitation:
Severe weather.
Natural disasters.
Government restrictions.
Road closures.
Civil emergencies.
Strikes or transportation disruptions.
Security-related restrictions.
Significant operational disruptions.
Other unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of Voyanta Egypt.
